Specify the Number of NetBIOS Entries to Store (Windows 95/98/Me) Category: Home > Network > Protocols These settings control the maximum number of NetBIOS entries to store in the name and session tables. Open your registry and find the key below. Create a new DWORD value (or string value for Windows 98) called "NameTableSize" and set it to equal the number of entries in the name table to a maximum of 255, the default is 17. Create a new DWORD value (or string value for Windows 98) called "SessionTableSize" and set it to equal the number of entries in the session table to a maximum of 255, the default is 255. Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
